Antique 1931, Princeton Beer Drinking Jacket. Brand Free Land, Union Made, USA.  Original Art Work on back all hand drawn and painted on jacket.

From Princeton Museum:

1931’s design contained a baby signifying that the class was one of the youngest to ever enter Princeton. The baby is “suspended” to represent the class’s large number of “suspended members.” Along the bottom from left to right are a series of arcane symbols: a Phi Beta Kappa key signifying a very smart class, a bottle symbolizing that liquor was popular, the Christian Student toppled from its pedestal during a football rally (the Christian Student was a statue of W. Earl Dodge 1879 by Daniel Chester French that stood between East Pyne Hall and Murray Dodge Hall), the continuing suspension of relations with Harvard, and a football reminding class members of the disastrous football season (only one victory in eight games).

Wear and markings are representative of time and part of what makes this so special and collectible. This is an ARTIFACT and a true piece of History.
