We offer store credit or exchange only for items that are eligible to be returned with proof of purchase. 

ALL VINTAGE IS FINAL SALE, please ask questions via orders@wethieves.com prior to purchase should you have any. 

FINAL SALE also includes: candles, incense, smoking accessories, stationary, socks, hosiery, hats, skincare products, hair accessories,  sale/markdown items.

EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT  Select artisan jewelry or any item approved for return within 10 days from date of purchase, items must be unworn with tags and receipt / proof of payment. Contact orders@wethieves.com with any concerns or questions. 

ONLINE RETURNS:
Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments.  

We Thieves is not responsible for returned packages that get lost or damaged items in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.
