Shipping policy

IN-STORE PICKUP

We offer free in-store pickup on all orders.  please allow 1 – 2 business days for fulfillment. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING

We ship from Cambridge, MA using the United States Postal Service and ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Shipping rates are based on your distance from our store and the package weight. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your preferred shipping method:

First Class Package (2–3 business days)
Priority Mail (1–3 business days)
Priority Mail Express (1–3 business days guaranteed by USPS).

You have the ability to choose another shipping service such as UPS at check out. 

We fulfill orders Tuesday - Friday, and orders placed Friday after 12pm will be fulfilled the following week. We try our very best to get orders out in a timely manner, but because we are a small team there may be times when we fall behind schedule!

We Thieves is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. 

USPS provides a $100 insurance on most shipping options, any additional insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
