Where do you get your goods?
Everywhere.
Where ever we travel and explore we are always on the hunt for things. For the most part, a bulk of my vintage goods come from estate sales, thrifting, antique dealers, auctions, closet clean outs, and rag houses.
What's a Rag House?
Textile waste comprises approximately 4.5 percent of landfills. One cotton T-Shirt takes 6 months to decompose—imagine thousands?
Only 5% of clothing we donate to a certain center makes it through their processing, the rest gets hauled off to a rag house (meaning there are many gems that we don't find at our local thrift store). A rag house is the last stop of the clothing donation train before our piles of garments get shipped overseas to developing countries or turned into rags. Rag houses are essential to managing waste and leaving garments that still have a life - out of landfills.
Some Rag Houses have developed a strong relationship with film, television, and the fashion industries. In fact, it's not uncommon to have stylists, designers, and celebrities establish relationships with rag houses in order to peruse collections of products that can be used for inspiration, story-telling, up-cycling, and recycling.
What goes into your pricing?
My pricing is based on several factors, but most of all.
- Base price of good and label.
- Time and effort to seek out goods and sort through racks and racks of goods.
- Time to inspect, clean, repair and prep goods.
- Time to photograph, style, and tell the story.
For the most part, I save my clients most of their costs in time. Time to find the perfect pieces. I highly recommend that if you are seeking "thrift" prices to take a walk into any Thrift store and pick to your heart's content. You could be surprised what you might find!
How do you take measurements?
Measurements are taken while garments are lying flat. All measurements are in inches. please note that certain items are pinned back to fit model (but it will be indicated when this is done.) Please read measurements carefully.
If you do not know your own measurements, we highly recommend to have a friend measure you and keep them on hand when shopping any vintage items online.

Color
There might be some color variations between the actual items and the photos. We use both studio and natural lighting to try and best showcase the color of the item, but based on what screen the photo is being viewed on, the color might vary somewhat.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and therefore do returns on a case by case basis or if an item has been grossly misrepresented. If you are not happy with your purchase or if an item has been grossly misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your product and we will happily work with you.
We will accept returns for store credit on items that are grossly misrepresented or if a flaw was missed.
Items must be shipped back within three business days of initial delivery with tracking # emailed back to us. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition of when received. Upon receipt, a store credit code will be issued where you are free to use as you wish in the store.
We do our best to represent products as best as possible. As with all vintage items or used items there are often imperfections. this is actually what gives each piece its unique charm that makes us love vintage clothing so much. We do our best to note flaws but may overlook small things from time to time. We hope you understand this when purchasing from any vintage seller.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges is at the expense of the buyer.
