Vintage blouse from British designer, Janice Wainwright, from the 1970s. This unique piece features transparent gathered sleeves, silver metallic piping, and a built-in belt. What makes this piece stunning are the sequins glued down in an art-deco pattern. Never seen anything quite like it before. Very delicate piece, but in amazing condition. Only a couple of the sequins have fallen off.
