We want you to love your purchase from us whether you buy it in-store or online and we are always happy to help should there be an issue. But as a small business we ask that you understand our Return Policy.
All vintage sales are final - online and in store.
Since we provide accurate measurements & photos of each item, we cannot give refunds for items that do not fit or for minor imperfections.
Please keep in mind, All of our items are vintage pieces. This means they are NOT new & most of our items are decades old. They may show natural signs of wear & age. We do our best to list any & all flaws in the item description. However, we may overlook small flaws. Please contact us at orders@wethieves if there is a problem with one of your items - we are always happy to help.
*Due to COVID we allow locals to purchase certain vintage goods for at-home try-on and return within a 48 hour window for a full refund (all items must be unworn with tags attached) with receipt.
In addition to vintage the following items are also FINAL SALE:
- All Candles, Incense, Pipes, Apothecary, Stationary, Face Masks.
The following items are the only items eligible for STORE CREDIT:
- Jewelry (non-vintage)
FOR ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE: For eligible items to be eligible for store credit they must be returned to the store within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your receipt or transaction number that was emailed to you for reference within seven (7). We MUST have proof of purchase in order for us to trace history and price paid. No receipt or proof of transaction - no return. No exceptions.
FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE:
Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments. Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped or returned to the store within five (5) days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking.
1) Email email@example.com with your item and order information. If you receive approval for an return we’ll give you a Return Authorization # to put on the outside of the package and ship to We Thieves, 1307 Cambridge St., Cambridge, MA 02139.
We Thieves is not responsible for returned packages that get lost or damaged items in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.
We Thieves does not offer price adjustments and all promotional items are FINAL SALE.
COVID 19 DISCLAIMER: Due to Covid-19, our carriers (UPS, USPS, FEDEX) are experiencing significant delays and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates and windows. If you do not receive your package 2 weeks from the ship date, please contact us and we will start a claim with the carrier.
