Absolutely stunning Hermès "Parures de Maharajas" scarf in 100% silk twill, designed by artist Catherine Baschet in 2012. The artist was known for her artistic exploration of luxury and refinement attributed to the Lords of India, which the print she designed for this specific scarf builds on. Drawing inspiration from the renowned jewels of the Maharajas, whose gems were set using the Kundan technique (meaning "pure gold" in Hindi), this scarf features a richly saturated fuschia pink background with an intricate design of the legendary jewels in various shades of green and burgundy. Hand-rolled edges with the Hermes copyrighted signature at the center of the bottom. Made in France.
