Packing & Shipping

In order to keep impact and costs low, we use simple packaging for our products. This includes reusing packaging we already have before buying anything new.

We will ship your items no later than 3 business days after receipt of payment via:

  • USPS Priority Mail (2 day turn-around),
  • First Class Mail (2 to 3 day turn-around),
  • First Class International (arrival time varies, can take up to 3 weeks).

You are welcome to upgrade your shipping according to a time frame that works for you. If you select Express options, we will do everything in our power to ship the following business day.

Tracking will be provided the day of shipment.

 Please let us know before your purchase if you would like to use another method of shipment or want insurance on the item. We are more than happy to accommodate your shipping requests.

 If you purchase multiple items, we automatically combine shipping for $1 per additional item, unless weight becomes an issue where we will advise of higher shipping costs.

- International Shipping -

International customers must pay any fees or duties incurred by their countries upon shipping. Items sent via First Class International (by far the most economical method for any item weighing less than 4 pounds) are shipped at the buyer's risk, as these packages are untraceable after they leave the US.

 We cannot offer refunds for items lost in transit abroad. If you would like to use a trackable international shipping method, please note in your order or message us before you make your purchase and we will arrange for your package to be shipped via Priority International or Priority Express (additional costs will be covered by the buyer)

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be happy with your purchase and therefore do returns on a case by case basis or if an item has been grossly misrepresented. If you are not happy with your purchase or if an item has been grossly misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours or receiving your product and we will happily work with you.

We will accept returns for store credit on items that are grossly misrepresented or if a flaw was missed.

Items must be shipped back within three business days of initial delivery with tracking # emailed back to us. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition of when received. Upon receipt, a store credit code will be issued where you are free to use as you wish in the store. 

We do our best to represent products as best as possible. As with all vintage items or used items there are often imperfections. this is actually what gives each piece its unique charm that makes us love vintage clothing so much. we do our best to note flaws but may overlook small things from time to time. We hope you understand this when purchasing from any vintage seller.

 Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges is at the expense of the buyer.
